We agreed on a price with work planned to commence week commencing 14 June. All went to plan over the next 10 weeks with the job completed to a very high standard on 25 August.
We are very happy with the result because of the highly skilled craftsman Brett employs to undertake these projects. This process included involving a colour consultant from Dulux to discuss colour options.
Everyone involved in this job were highly skilled, very courteous towards us, and each demonstrated a deep understanding of their profession. Their attention to detail both in the preparation and in the painting was notable. Communication with us prior and during the project was excellent and I would highly recommend approaching Brett Callander should you be looking to have your home painted.

The guys on the job (Camilo and Nico) were amazing at our place. They were very professional and lovely.
Their quality of work is amazing. We have had amazing compliments re the job from our neighbours and that our house "looks brand new" and they also commented on Camilo and Nicos work ethic. They noticed how they kept their working area nice and clean, and didn't leave a mess on other surfaces at the end.
Throughout the job, they kept us updated on their status. It was not needed as we were comfortable with their work but it was greatly appreciated. It felt like no shortcuts were taken as we observed them putting up and taking the scaffolding multiple times to get to those tight spots or odd areas that we didn't know existed on our property.
We received regular updates from Brett too.

- Sign up and pay your deposit
- Free colour consultation
- Free digital overlay offered to show you what your property could look like in your chosen colour.
Step 3 - Preparation
- Our team of qualified tradespeople will arrive at the job location and start preparing all surfaces ready to be painted
- For interior painting projects we will carefully cover any items or areas of your house which require protection from dust or paint
- Our painters will cover windows and other areas which are not to be painted.
Step 4 - Painting starts
- Our painters will start painting all the surfaces, doing multiple coats or as many coats of paint which have been identified in the project quote
- We work fast and diligently to provide the highest quality finish at the most affordable price
- The project supervisor overseas all work done to ensure it’s of the highest standard
